These are a few of our project vehicles that we are working on this year.
2006 Ford Explorer 7Open-Class
Built from the frame rails up this Explorer was limited to 28 inches of rear wheel travel and 18 inches of front wheel travel. Baker Mortorsports plan on premiering their newest race vehicle in the Vegas to Reno race put on by "Best in the Desert" in August of 2006.
1993 Ford Ranger Prerunner
This ranger has custom front and rear suspensions. With the whole 9 yards in custom gearing components. Baker Motorsports made custom motor mounts for the crate 302 Ford motor. The ranger has 27 inches of rear wheel travel and 18 inches of front wheel travel.
2006 Ford Rangers 7S-Class
Stripped naked and rebuilt, Baker Motorsports are building two brand new 7S race rangers for the Henns Edro team.
2002 Chevolet Avalanche
The Avalanche has a custom built long travel suspension in the front and custom made one-off front fenders. And kept the rear bed intact with Deaver leaf springs and RaceRunner shocks.
2002 Ford F-150 Supercrew
Starting with a stock rear suspension, this project will have the rear frame rails cut off and will be replaced with a tube chassis. The rear suspension will have 26 inches of rear wheel travel. Baker Motorsports are additionally building a custom dashboard and cab cage for the F-150.
2006 Ford F-150
Baker Motorsports is starting with a brand new F-150, this project will turn this truck into a full blown prerunner. The front and rear frame rails will be cut off and replaced with a tube chassis. With over 30 inches or rear wheel travel and 24 inches front wheel travel this F-150 will surely turn heads.
